When preparing a kebab, it is important to make a successful marinade and make sure to do it properly. This way it will turn out juicy, soft and tender. You can use onions, mayonnaise, kefir or even ayran.
Chef Oleksandr Horodnyk (o_gorodnik) on his Instagram page shared how to marinade meat for a kebab in 30 minutes.
The secret ingredient of the marinade is kiwi. According to the cook, it contains a large amount of vitamin C, which can break down the protein in the meat and make the product very tender.
- pork - 1 kg
- kiwi - 1 pc
- onion - 3 pcs
- salt, pepper
- mineral water - 0,5 liters on request
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to cut medium-sized pieces of meat not more than 50 g.
2. Chop the onion.
3. Kiwi can also be chopped, but it is better to grind it in a blender to a puree.
4. Mix all the ingredients in a container, salt and pepper the meat.
