How to marinate drumsticks to make them juicy and crispy: the simplest technology

Chicken drumsticks are cooked very quickly and go with any side dish. Therefore, if you need to feed the whole family quickly, this meat is ideal. To make it juicy inside and with a crust on top, you should choose the following marinade.
The idea of cooking golden chicken drumsticks was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina with the nickname polli_cooking. Be sure to make one of the sauces suggested below and it will be delicious.
Ingredients:
- 7 drumsticks
- 60 ml. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. spices for chicken
- 1 tbsp. mustard
Method of preparation:
1. Add soy sauce, honey, spices and mustard to the drumsticks.
2. Mix well and transfer to a baking sheet.
3. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40/45 minutes.
4. Prepare delicious sauces for drumsticks:
Tzatziki
- 2-3 tbsp. white yogurt
- 1 cucumber
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- salt
Mustard
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1 tsp. of classic mustard
Chimichurri
- bunch of cilantro
- half a lemon
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- a bunch of green onions
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of wine/apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
