Ingredients:
- squid - 3 pcs.
- parsley - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
- hot pepper - 1/2 pc
- garlic - 3 cloves
- ground coriander - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp
- black pepper - to taste
Cooking method:
1. Defrost squid. Peel them and cut into rings.
2. Put them in boiling salted water for 2 minutes.
3. Heat sunflower oil in a saucepan and add spices
4. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Add salt in an hour if necessary.
