How to make zucchini flowers: sharing a simple recipe for a snack

Zucchini are very useful and versatile vegetables, from which you can make a lot of delicious dishes, from pancakes, casseroles and stews to caviar. At the same time, you can cook not only zucchini pulp, but also the flowers.
Ukrainian chef VolodymyrYaroslavskyi (yaroslavskyi_vova) shared a recipe for stuffed zucchini flowers with cheese, spinach and spices on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- zucchini flowers - 24-30 pcs.
- ricotta - 350 g
- spinach - 250 g
- onion - 50 g
- butter - 25 g
- nutmeg
- salt, pepper
- grated parmesan
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion and fry in butter until soft.
2. Chop the spinach leaves and add to the onions. Saute until the greens no longer release their liquid.
3. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and refrigerate the fried mixture.
4. Mix the cooled mixture with the ricotta and optional parmesan. This will be the filling for the dish.
5. Next, you should prepare the zucchini flowers, namely wash and clean them inside.
6. Stuff the zucchini flowers with the filling and place on a baking tray. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, parmesan and drizzle with olive oil.
7. Bake in the oven (mode - top grill) at 220 degrees for 6-7 minutes. Done!
