How to make pasta pancakes: an interesting idea from a chef
Pasta is not only a great side dish for meat or fish. You can even make pancakes from this product. It turns out to be very satisfying, and most importantly, budget-friendly.
Chef Mykola Liulko (mykola_lyulko) shared the idea of making budget pasta pancakes on Instagram. The dish is as simple as possible.
Recipe for pasta pancakes

Ingredients:
- pasta - 200 g
- hard cheese - 360 g
- eggs - 4 pcs
- green onions - 150 g
- salt - 12 g
- pepper - 4 g
- dry garlic - 6 g
- vegetable oil - 120 g

1. Boil pasta.

2. Add chopped herbs.
3. Grate cheese and add it to the pasta.
