How to make light chicken broth for lunch: two of the best recipes
Light chicken broth is a great dish for lunch. It can be cooked from different parts of chicken: thighs, fillets or wings, and supplemented with your favorite vegetables, greens or noodles.
Food blogger Julia with the nickname yuli.cookbook shared two recipes for light chicken broth with vegetables on her Instagram page .
Variation 1 - with roast
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- potatoes -1-2 pcs
- salt, pepper
- herbs
- seasoning (dried vegetables)
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water into a saucepan and immerse the fillets. Put on the fire.
2. Meanwhile, grate carrots and chop the onion. Prepare a stir-fry from the vegetables.
3. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Add it to the fillets together with the frying pan. Stir and cook until tender.
4. When serving, sprinkle with herbs and pepper. Enjoy!
Variant 2 - without frying
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- pasta "Spider web" - 3 tbsp. l.
- green peas
- salt, pepper
- herbs
- seasoning (dried vegetables)
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water into a saucepan and immerse the fillets. Put on the fire.
2. Cut carrots into circles, add to the fillets. Also add green peas. Cook until tender.
3. Add pasta, cook for a few more minutes.
4. When serving, sprinkle with herbs and pepper. Bon appetit!
