How to make lemon sorbet: the easiest recipe

Sorbet is a special type of ice cream made from fresh or frozen berries. This dessert is healthy and low-calorie, as it is based on exclusively natural ingredients.
Food blogger Emiliya Yevtushenko (emiliya.yevtushenko) shared a recipe for lemon sorbet on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- lemons - 2 pcs.
- water - 500 ml
- sugar - 250 g
- proteins - 2 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. First, wash and peel the lemons. Do not throw away the zest.
2. To make the syrup, put the zest, sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Cool.
3. Meanwhile, squeeze the juice from the lemons and mix it with the cooled strained syrup.
4. Beat the egg whites separately until stiff and add to the lemon liquid. Stir and pour into the mould. Freeze everything in the freezer.
5. After 1 hour, remove the mass from the freezer, stir with a whisk and leave it to freeze again. Repeat this procedure about 3-4 times. It's ready!
