Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
- salt/seasoning for chicken – to taste
- cream 20% – 200 ml
- mushrooms – 200 g
- onion – 1 pc
- garlic – 1 clove
- favorite spices
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet.
2. Season with salt and spices.
3. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Fry on a dry non-stick frying pan for 3 minutes on both sides (it should not be completely fried).
5. Transfer to a plate.
6. In the same skillet, fry the chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil until golden brown.
7. Add the chopped mushrooms and fry for a few minutes.
8. Pour in the hot cream.
9. Add salt and your favorite spices.
10. Bring the mass to a thickening over low heat.
11. Put the pre-fried fillet.
12. Roll it on all sides in the sauce and simmer under a lid over low heat for 20 minutes.
