Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 3 kg
- apples - 1.5 kg
- red bell pepper - 10 pcs
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- hot pepper - 0.5-1 kg
- sugar - 400 g
- vinegar - 1 tbsp.
- cloves - 3-4 pcs
- cinnamon - 2 sticks
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to rinse and peel vegetables and apples. After that, grind everything because of the meat grinder and transfer the mass into a saucepan.
4. After that, you need to take out the cinnamon and cloves from the sauce. Beat the mass with a blender until homogeneous.
5. Pour the resulting mass into jars and seal with lids. Done!
