How to make homemade mayonnaise with milk: an unexpected idea
Mayonnaise is not considered to be the healthiest or most dietary product. This is especially true if you buy it in a store. Therefore, if you want to get a tasty and safe dressing for your dishes, but at the same time spend a minimum of time and money on cooking, you should use a recipe with milk.

Ingredients:
- warm milk – 100 ml
- vegetable oil – 200 ml
- mild mustard – 1.5 tsp.
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
- salt – 1/3 tsp.
- sugar – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour milk and oil into a whipping bowl.
2. Put the blender blades on the bottom of the bowl and start whipping, gradually lifting the blender up and down.
3. Add mustard, salt, sugar, lemon juice and beat again.
Store the finished mayonnaise in the refrigerator, in a tightly closed container for up to 5 days.
