Crackers are a delicious snack that is very convenient to take for a snack or just eat with your favorite drink and watch a movie. And if you've always bought such food in stores, you can now make your own. The recipe contains no preservatives, dyes, or flavor enhancers - only natural ingredients.

The idea was shared by chef Valeriy Ponomar  (ponomar_valeriy) from Odesa on his Instagram  page.

Ingredients:

  • butter - 100 g
  • eggs - 1 pc (yolk)
  • flour - 100 g
  • cottage cheese - 100 g
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • black pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Beat all the ingredients in a blender, put the resulting mass in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

2. It is better to put the butter at room temperature before cooking so that it becomes soft.

3. After the refrigerator, knead the dough again for elasticity and roll out 1-2 mm thick.

4. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees. But you also need to take into account the fact that ovens are different.

5. It is better to use cream or melted milk for the cheese.
