How to make homemade cranberry sauce: for meat, poultry and cheese
Cranberries are an ingredient not only for tea and desserts, but also for a delicious sauce. It is very fresh and sweet and sour. It goes well with meat and cheese. And it is very easy to make at home.
The idea of making a versatile cranberry sauce was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna Dimitrova (iriska_dimitrova) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 200 g cranberries
- 80 g of sugar
- 100 ml of water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the cranberries into a saucepan, cover with sugar and put on low heat.
2. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
3. Mix the starch with water and pour it over the cranberries.
4. Stir, cover and boil for 3-4 minutes.
5. Blend with a blender and cool.
6. You can add any spices you want.
