How to make flavorful crispy cookies: sharing the technology
Homemade cookies are the perfect option for a simple homemade dessert. You can make a lot of them at once, and they will be good for drinking tea with for several days. To make the texture crispy and tender, the dough should be cooked with sour cream.
The idea of making crispy homemade cookies with sour cream was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeriia Demchuk (mrs.demenchuk).
Ingredients:
- flour – 320 g
- butter – 100 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sour cream – 100 g
- sugar – 2 tbsp
- salt – a pinch
- vanilla – a pinch
- baking powder – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Mix the sifted flour with baking powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
3. Grate the butter (put it in the freezer before cooking to make it easier to grate) on a coarse grater and add to the flour.
4. Grind the mass into crumbs and add 1 egg, and sour cream and knead the dough with your hands.
5. Sprinkle flour on the table, roll out the dough, and cut out the cookies as you like.
6. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment, brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
