How to make easy chicken broth for dinner: two best recipes
Light chicken broth is a great dish for lunch. It can be made from different parts of the chicken: thighs, fillets or wings, and supplemented with your favorite vegetables, herbs or noodles.
Food blogger Yulia, who goes by yuli.cookbook, shared two recipes for light chicken broth with vegetables on her Instagram page.
Variant 1 - with roast
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- potatoes - 1-2 pcs
- salt, pepper
- herbs
- seasoning (dried vegetables)
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water into a saucepan and add the fillet. Put on fire.
2. Meanwhile, grate the carrots and chop the onion. Prepare a roast.
3. Dice the potatoes. Add them to the fillet along with the roast. Stir and cook until tender.
4. Sprinkle with herbs and pepper when serving. Enjoy!
Option 2 - without roast
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- small pasta - 3 tbsp.
- green peas
- salt, pepper
- herbs
- seasoning (dried vegetables)
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water into a saucepan an add the fillet. Put it on fire.
2. Cut the carrots into slices, add to the fillet. Add green peas and cook until tender.
3. Add the pasta and cook for a few more minutes.
4. Sprinkle with herbs and pepper when serving. Enjoy!
