How to make delicious pancakes without milk or kefir: a simple recipe with water
Here is a versatile recipe for water pancakes. After cooking, they can be poured with jam and served with sour cream.

Ingredients
- Water - 300 ml
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp
- Flour - 300 g
Method of preparation
1. Boil water and cool to a lukewarm state.
2. Add water, yeast, salt, sugar to a bowl. Stir well.
3. Add the flour and stir. Cover with cling film and leave for 30 minutes.
4. After that, do not stir the dough, spoon it around the edges and put it on a well-heated frying pan.
5. Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
6. Put the pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
