Ingredients:
- broccoli - 250 g.
- chicken egg - 1 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- Parmesan cheese - 100 g
- salt, spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the broccoli, squeeze out the excess liquid. If desired, broccoli can be pre-boiled in salted water for 3 minutes.
2. Beat the egg, add broccoli, chopped carrots, grated cheese, salt and spices.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Form the patties.
5. Put in a baking dish.
6. Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 160 degrees.
