How to make delicious kebabs in the oven: perfect for the cold season
If you really want a juicy kebab in winter, you can cook it in the oven. Ordinary skewers are perfect for this. The meat will be very flavorful and juicy if you make the following marinade for it.
The idea of cooking juicy pork kebabs in the oven was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alina with the nickname aalliinnaaviktorovna. It is best to leave the kebab in the marinade overnight.
Ingredients:
- pork (neck) - 1 kg
- onions - 2 pcs (large)
- salt, black pepper - to taste
- Azerbaijani seasoning - 1 tbsp.
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Cut pork into small pieces (2.5 by 2.5 cm).
2. Put in a convenient deep container.
3. Add salt.
4. Add ground black pepper and dried garlic.
5. Add seasoning.
6. Finely grate onion and add to the meat.
7. Mix everything well.
8. Add a little mayonnaise and mix again.
9. Put in a container with a lid and leave to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
10. Soak skewers in cold water for an hour.
11. Skewer a few pieces of marinated meat.
12. Put on a rack and put a baking sheet under the bottom: it will drip excess fat.
13. Put kebabs in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
