How to make potato and fish cutlets: ready in 20 minutes
Need something quick for lunch or dinner? No problem. In this case, cutlets will be the perfect solution. Moreover, they can be made not only from meat but also from fish and even yesterday's mashed potatoes. You will be pleasantly surprised by the taste, as well as get a good dose of satiety and nutrition.
Food blogger Nina Tkach (ninatkachseniak) shared a recipe for delicious potato and fish cutlets on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- mashed potatoes - 350 g
- tuna in its own juice - 1 b
- hard cheese -2 tbsp.
- flour - 2 tbsp
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-boil mashed potatoes. You can use yesterday's too.
2. Mix with tuna.
3. Grate hard cheese and chop greens. Add to the total mass. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
4. Shape into patties and roll in flour if desired.
5. Fry the cutlets on both sides in Ghee oil until cooked.
