How to make crab stick cutlets: a budget alternative to meat and fish ones
Instead of expensive minced meat or fish, you can use crab sticks as the basis for the cutlets. They are prepared very quickly without the use of a meat grinder. The texture is very tender, and the mass is fried quite quickly too.
The idea of making crab sticks cutlets was published on the page of food blogger Anastasia Barbar (nastiabarbar) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 500 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 5 tbsp
- cheese - 100 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- salt
- mayonnaise - 5 tbsp
Cooking method:
1. Beat crab sticks with a blender and add eggs, flour, grated cheese, chopped garlic, salt to taste and mayonnaise.
2. Mix everything well.
3. Form cutlets.
4. Fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
