How to make courgette casserole: a recipe for a diet dish in the oven
Courgettes can not only be roasted, stewed or marinated, but also deliciously baked in the oven as a casserole. It can be topped with chicken, cheese, minced meat or any other meat. It turns out quite light, dietary and filling at the same time.
- courgettes - 500 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 100 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- salt, pepper, garlic
1. First grate the courgette and cottage cheese on a large grater.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the grated ingredients: eggs, flour, baking powder and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. Put the mixture into the baking tin.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Once the casserole is ready, give them time to stabilise. Bon appetit!
