How to make colored cheese at home: a very effective appetizer option
If you are looking for a spectacular appetizer for a festive table, make colored cottage cheese. It turns out quite sweet because you need to add condensed milk to the mass. And you'll need jelly to color it.
The idea of making colored cheese with condensed milk was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Marianna Ryzhman (kitchen_ladyboss). You only need 4 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- jelly 3 pieces of different flavors
- cottage cheese - 600 g
- hot water - 600 ml
- condensed milk - 3 tbsp with a slide
Method of preparation:
1. Pour 200 ml of hot water over the different flavors of jelly and cool to room temperature.
2. For each layer, we need 200 grams of cottage cheese, 200 ml of ready-made jelly, and 1 tbsp of condensed milk with a slide.
3. Beat with a blender, you can immerse for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
4. Pour each layer into a mold and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
5. When pouring the last layer, put it in the refrigerator for an hour or until it cools completely.
