How to make clafoutis with peaches: a tender cake that just melts in your mouth

Clafoutis is a traditional French pastry, which looks and tastes something like a casserole. It is important that the dessert should be supplemented with berries or fruits: cherries, cherries, peaches, apricots, blueberries, etc. Thanks to their sourness, the pie will be very balanced and moderately sweet.
Food blogger Olga with the nickname demi_kitchen on her Instagram page shared a recipe for delicate clafoutis pie with peaches.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 4 pcs
- milk - 100 ml
- flour - 160 g
- vanilla extract - a drop
- leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- melted coconut oil - 50 ml
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- peach - 5 pcs (400 g)⠀
Method of preparation:
1. First, you need to beat the eggs with sugar until homogeneous.
2. In the resulting mass add the rest of the ingredients: milk, vanilla and butter. Stir.
3. Finally add the flour and baking powder. Stir so that there are no lumps.
4. Peaches should be washed and cut, lay them on the bottom of the mold. Pour the dough over them.
5. Bake the pie at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-35 minutes. 10 minutes before the end you can sprinkle the pie with brown sugar. Bon appetit!
