How to make butter from one ingredient: an ingenious life hack
Butter is an indispensable product at home, often used in baking, for preparing first and second courses, or as an addition to toast or sandwiches. If you're not entirely sure about the quality of store-bought butter or if the price is just too high, as is often the case, you can easily make it at home with just one ingredient.

Method of preparation:
1. Pour cream or sour cream into a 1.5-liter bottle.
2. Close the bottle and whisk until smooth and thick. If you use cream, the process takes about 7 minutes.

3. Next, squeeze the butter out of the bottle and place it in ice water. Let it stand for a while.
4. Squeeze the butter, shape it, put it in a container or on parchment, and put it in the refrigerator to harden.
