  • Flour - 230 gr
  • Sour cream - 100 gr
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Baking powder - ½ tsp.
  • Condensed milk - 200 g
  • Cream cheese - 100 g
  • Nuts, poppy seeds or dark chocolate for decoration

1.Cut the cold butter into cubes, add flour, sour cream and baking powder.

2. Knead the dough. It will be difficult at first, but eventually the dough should be elastic and soft.

3. Divide the dough into two parts, wrap it in plastic wrap, and put it in the freezer for 40 minutes.

4. While the dough is cooling, make the cream. To do this, mix condensed milk and cream cheese.

5. Grate the frozen dough pieces on a fine grater.

6. Put the grated dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. Stir the dough several times during baking.

7. Take it out, let it cool slightly and crush it with your hands, then add it to the cream.
