A variety of hearty appetizers with mayonnaise on the New Year's table can be diluted with this light salad. It contains greens and a variety of fresh fruits in season. The dressing is made on the basis of juice without various fatty ingredients.
The idea of preparing a delicious holiday salad with persimmons, arugula and jamon was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Galyna with the nickname cooking_with_gala. The dish looks very aesthetically pleasing.
Ingredients:
- 50 g of arugula
- 1 persimmon
- 100 g of jamon
- 50 g of Dorblu or Camembert cheese
- pomegranate seeds
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 20 ml olive oil
- 30 ml tangerine juice
- 10 ml of lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
2. Put the arugula on a plate.
3. Top with jamon, sliced persimmon, cheese.
4. Pour over the sauce.
5. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and serve.
