Easy chicken broth is a great lunch dish. It can be cooked from different parts of the chicken: thighs, fillets or wings, and topped with your favorite vegetables, herbs or noodles. It turns out transparent and low-fat.
- chicken filet - 1 pc
- chicken thighs - 3 pcs
- large carrot - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- salt - 1,5 tbsp.

Method of preparation:
1. First wash the meat well and put it in a pot. Fill with water and put on the fire. Bring to the boil and cook for 1-2 minutes.
2. Next, drain the pot of water and pour a new one. Put it on a low heat.
3 Cut carrots in rings, peel onions. Add everything to the broth. Continue to cook on low heat. If foam will form - remove it with a sieve.
4. Add salt and Vegeta. Boil until the meat and vegetables are ready.
