The idea of making a kiwi dessert in 5 minutes without sugar and flour was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Roksolana Harasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv). All the ingredients are very healthy.
Ingredients:
- 80 g dried fruit (prunes, dates)
- 60 g of nuts
- 2 pieces of bread
- 1.5 tbsp of peanut butter
- 2 tbsp of water
- 8% yogurt
- chia
- kiwi and persimmon
Method of preparation:
1. Soak dried fruits in boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Beat dried fruits, nuts, bread, peanut butter, water in a blender chopper.
3. Put the mass into the mold.
4. Add chia yogurt and fruit.
5. Can be refrigerated for a few minutes.
