How to make a delicious cauliflower pizza for lunch: no flour in the recipe

Traditional pizza on yeast dough is quite high in calories. Therefore, if you want to make this dish more dietary, choose cauliflower for the base. It is prepared without adding flour. It turns out to be a very nutritious and healthy snack.
The idea of making a quick cauliflower pizza was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Vita Yarosh (vita.yarosh). Even children will love this vegetable in this form.
Ingredients:
- 400 g of cauliflower or romanesco cabbage
- 4 eggs
- 150 g of mozzarella
- 40 g of carrots (grated on a fine grater)
- 40 g of buckwheat flakes
Method of preparation:
1. Blend the cabbage in a blender until crumbly.
2. Add eggs, mozzarella, carrots, buckwheat flakes.
3. Whisk everything.
4. Put on a parchment up to 26 cm in diameter.
