How to fry zucchini in batter: an easy dish for the whole family

Zucchini is a versatile vegetable from which you can prepare a variety of dishes like cakes, rolls, appetizers, caviar, fritters and pancakes. In addition, a budget recipe will be zucchini in the batter. It can be supplemented with garlic, spices and sauce for a brighter flavor.
Food blogger Olha Matviy shared a recipe for fried zucchini in batter on her YouTube channel (Olha Matviy).
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 3 pcs
- salt
- eggs - 2 pcs
- pepper, salt
- garlic - 4-5 cloves
- melted butter - 3 tbsp.
- flour - 120 g
Method of preparation:
1. Zucchini should be washed and cut into circles. Put them in a bowl, salt and mix the vegetables.
2. Mix eggs with salt and pepper for the batter. However, you do not need to add a lot of salt, because the zucchini is already salted.
3. Press garlic and add sour cream to the batter. Stir.
4. Add flour and stir the mixture so that there are no lumps.
5. Dip each zucchini in flour, then in batter. Place on a heated frying pan with oil and fry on both sides until cooked.
6. Mix sour cream, chopped dill, salt and pepper for the sauce. Stir.
7. Serve fried zucchini in batter with sauce. Enjoy your appetite!
