How to fry zucchini in batter: a perfect dish for a snack
Zucchini is a versatile vegetable that can be used to make many different dishes: pancakes, fritters, rolls and cakes. In addition, they can be deliciously cooked in batter.
One of the blogs about sports and proper nutrition (fasting_marafon) on Instagram published a recipe for zucchini in egg batter with sour cream sauce.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 pc
- sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.
- hard cheese - 50 g
- flour - 3 tbsp.
- eggs - 1 pc
- salt, dried herbs
Sauce:
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse zucchini and cut into straws. Salt, mix and leave them in this form for 10 minutes. Dry zucchini with paper towels.
2. For the batter you need to mix egg, dried herbs, salt, sour cream and flour. Stir everything with a whisk.
3. Grate the cheese and add it to the batter. Stir.
4. Dip each zucchini first into the flour and then into the batter. Fry in a well-heated frying pan.
5. To prepare the sauce, you need to press garlic, then mix it with sour cream and salt. Mix everything.
