How to fry rice deliciously: faster than pilaf
If you don't have time to cook a full-fledged pilaf and ordinary boiled rice seems boring, you can fry this recipe. Together with meat and vegetables, the product becomes very flavorful and juicy. Each grain remains intact and does not stick together in one lump.
The idea of cooking delicious fried rice was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina with the nickname polli_cooking.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 500 g of thighs (you can just use fillet)
- carrot
- young onions
- yellow pepper
- red pepper
- green pepper
- 3-4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/3 tsp. chili pepper
- 3 tsp sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. First, boil rice in a ratio of 1/2 and let it cool.
2. Cut meat into small pieces and put it in a well-heated frying pan. Fry quickly until golden brown and set aside.
3. Add a little oil to the frying pan and add onions and carrots. Fry for a few minutes.
4. Add chopped peppers, soy sauce and spices.
5. Mix well and fry for 3-4 minutes.
6. Add chicken and rice, stir and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
