How to fry juicy fish in batter: the way for hake and pollack
If you want to cook fish deliciously, the best option would be to fry it in batter on a pan. In this form, it turns out juicy, with a crispy crust and goes well with any side dish. It is especially delicious to cook pollock or hake in this way.
Food blogger Lily(lileklilek2) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for juicy fried fish in batter.
Ingredients:
- frozen fish
- flour
- eggs
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the fish, wash it and remove the fins.
2. If the fish is not too big, you can fry it whole. If it is big, you can cut it into portions.
3. Salt the fish on both sides.
4. Then roll it first in flour, then in egg. Fry the fish on both sides until golden brown.
5. If desired, you can fry onions to the fried fish.
