How to fry fish properly: it turns out juicy and has a crispy golden crust

If you want to cook fish tasty and properly, the best option is to fry it in a pan with breading. This way, it is juicy, has a crispy and golden crust, and goes well with any side dish.

The recipe for breaded fried fish was published on one of the culinary blogs (filanna.cooking) on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • carp
  • semolina
  • flour
  • salt, spice mix
  • oil

Method of preparation:

1. Clean the fish from the insides and fins, rinse and dry.

2. Mix salt and spices. Rub the fish with the mixture and leave for 10-15 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, mix the flour and semolina separately for breading in a 1:1 ratio.

4. Then roll the fish in the breading and fry on both sides until cooked. No need to close the lid during frying.
