How to fry fish to make a crispy crust
To cook fish deliciously and without any hassle, just fry it in a pan. And to make the fish juicy and soft inside and at the same time crispy outside, you should bread it.
Food blogger Elizaveta (liza_gotovit) shared a recipe for breaded fried fish on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- fish
- mixture of peppers
- salt
- wheat flour
- corn flour
- dry paprika
- eggs
Method of preparation:
1. Clean, cut and dry fish.
2. Roll the pieces in a mixture of peppers and salt.
3. For breading, mix flour and paprika.
4. Beat eggs with salt separately.
5. Heat a frying pan with oil.
6. Roll the fish pieces first in the dry mixture, then in the eggs and fry on both sides.
