How to fry any fish deliciously: a universal recipe

Ingredients:
- fish
- wheat flour
- corn flour
- paprika
- egg
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the fish: cut into portioned pieces and dry with paper towels. Salt and pepper the fish.
2. At this stage, prepare the breading. To do this, mix the flour and paprika.
3. For the batter, beat the eggs with salt.
4. Coat each piece of fish first in breadcrumbs, then egg and place in a heated frying pan. Fry the fish until cooked through. Bon appetit!
