Ingredients:

Method of preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Put them in a saucepan.
2. Pour water over the potatoes, bring to a boil, salt and cook for 15-18 minutes.
Drain the potatoes, add warm milk and soft butter. Crush the potatoes with a mashing mallet until homogeneous. Done!

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1 kg
- garlic - 2 cloves
- dill bunch
- butter - 100 g
- ground black pepper
- salt - 1 tbsp
- water - 1-1,5 l.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters and place them in a saucepan.
2. Pour water over the potatoes, bring to a boil and cook under a lid for 15-20 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing. To do this, chop dill, squeeze garlic through a press. Mix everything together, add salt and pepper.
