Ingredients for the dressing:
- salt - 1/3 tsp.
- mustard - 1/2 tsp.
- sour cream - 4 tbsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
- garlic - 1 large clove
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the Chinese cabbage randomly, and put it in a deep bowl, convenient for mixing.
2. Chop the greens and add to the cabbage in a bowl.
3. Add the canned peas.
4. To make the dressing, add grated garlic, medium-hot mustard, salt, and ground black pepper to the sour cream.
5. Mix everything well.
