How to deliciously marinate kebabs in mayonnaise: the meat will be very soft
Delicious, juicy and tender shish kebab is a favorite meat dish of many. You can choose any meat for cooking, grill it on the grill or cook it in the oven, but the most important thing is to make a good marinade.

Ingredients:
- pork neck - 2 kg
- mayonnaise - 200 ml
- salt - 1 tbsp
- ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- onion - 1 pc
- spices.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into 4-5 centimeter cubes. Put it in a deep bowl.
2. Cut the onion into rings and add to the meat.
3. Pour mayonnaise over the future kebab, add spices and mix thoroughly. Leave to marinate for at least 4 hours, and preferably overnight.
4. After marinating, you can proceed to frying the kebab.
Cooking secrets:
- The mayonnaise-based marinade is thick and perfectly envelops the meat. This is what helps make the kebab especially juicy. But you don't need to add too much of it, just enough to cover the meat.
- For a bright flavor, be sure to add onions, but in combination with mayonnaise, it is better to use less than usual.
- Due to the thickness of the marinade, you need to add a little more salt and pepper.
- It will take 4-6 hours to marinate pork in mayonnaise to tastefully. But you can leave it overnight or even for a day. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator.
