How to deliciously can champignons for the winter: a variant of an elementary appetizer

Champignons are ideal mushrooms for canning. It makes a very flavorful and spicy appetizer for a festive table or just for porridge and potatoes. All you need to do is make a spicy marinade.
The idea of cooking pickled mushrooms for the winter was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Irina Chabanova (cookingwithlove_18). The mushrooms look great in a jar.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of small mushrooms
- 1 liter of water
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 25 g of sugar
- 5 bay leaves
- 5 pieces of allspice with peas
- 8 pieces of black peppercorns
- 1 tsp. coriander peas
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 50 ml of vinegar
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the mushrooms well.
2. For the marinade, add salt, sugar, spices, and sliced garlic to boiling water.
3. Add the mushrooms to the marinade.
4. Cook for 20 minutes after boiling, stirring occasionally.
5. 3a 3 minutes before the end, add vinegar.
6. After that, put the mushrooms in sterile jars, pour the marinade in which they were cooked, close the lids.
7. Turn the jars upside down.
8. Cover with a towel or blanket and leave to cool completely.
9. When serving, drain the marinade and add the garlic, chopped parsley and oil to the mushrooms.
