Young potatoes will be really tasty when cooked properly. The vegetable is often served with cracklings or butter. It is also a very good idea to make potatoes in a creamy sauce.

Ingredients:

  • young potatoes
  • onions
  • 20% sour cream or homemade
  • garlic, dill, salt to taste

Method of preparation:

 

1. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender.

2. Fry the onions.

 

3. Add sour cream and salt.

4. Mix well.
