How to cook vegetables to keep them healthy: sharing a recipe

Vegetables should be part of every balanced diet. To keep them as healthy as possible while cooking, many people recommend grilling them. In this case, they can be pre-marinated in a marinade, which will give the vegetables additional flavour and aroma.
One of the cooking blogs (maslyana_tm) on Instagram posted a recipe for grilled vegetables in soy marinade.
Ingredients:
- zucchini
- pepper
- blue onion
- garlic
Marinade:
- salt, black pepper
- dried garlic
- oregano
- lemon juice
- soy sauce
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Firstly, prepare the vegetables: cut the zucchini into medium slices, onion into quarters, chop the pepper randomly, cut the whole head of garlic into slices. Put all the vegetables in a deep bowl, optionally add cherry tomatoes.
2. Add all the spices for the marinade to the vegetables: salt, pepper, dry garlic, oregano, squeeze the lemon juice, pour the oil and soy sauce. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands to coat the vegetables with the spices. For better effect, you can leave them to marinate for a while.
3. When the vegetables are cooked, put them on the grill (you can cook them over an open fire or use an electric grill). Fry in this way on both sides until golden brown.
