How to cook vegetable cutlets with cabbage: perfect for a snack

It turns out that cutlets can be prepared not only from meat and minced meat, but also from vegetables. For the basis of such a dish is perfectly suitable cabbage, carrots and even zucchini. Vegetable cutlets are also delicious to complement cereals: millet or rice.

Ingredients:
- cabbage
- onion - 2 pcs
- carrots - 2 pcs
- eggs - 1 pc
- flour - 3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper, herbs, provan herbs
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to prepare the cabbage, namely, shred half a cabbage and boil it in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
2. Grate the carrots, chop the onion. Fry the vegetables until soft.
3. Cool the boiled cabbage and squeeze out the liquid.
4. Mix all the vegetables, add eggs, flour and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
5. Form cutlets from the mass and fry them in a frying pan on both sides until golden. Bon appetit!
