Recipe for vegetable cutlets with cabbage

Ingredients:

  • cabbage
  • onion - 2 pcs
  • carrots - 2 pcs
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper, herbs, provan herbs

Method of preparation:

1. First you need to prepare the cabbage, namely, shred half a cabbage and boil it in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.

2. Grate the carrots, chop the onion. Fry the vegetables until soft.
