Ingredients
- Tuna steak
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Honey – 50 grams
- Rice vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tsp
- Grated fresh ginger – 1 tsp
- Garlic – 1 tsp.
- Sesame seeds
How to cook
1. First, prepare the marinade. In a separate container, mix all the ingredients except fish and sesame seeds.
2. Brush the tuna with the marinade on all sides and refrigerate for 1 hour. Reserve some of the marinade to add as a sauce when serving.
3. Roll the steak in sesame seeds and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
