How to cook the most delicious zucchini stew: recipe for seasonal dish
Stew is a hearty dish that can be prepared from different seasonal vegetables: eggplants, zucchini, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes and cucumbers, as well as supplemented with meat, mushrooms or beans.
- thigh fillet - 500-600 g
- onion - 1 pc
- carrots - 2 pcs
- zucchini - 2-3 pcs
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- salt, pepper
- seasoning for chicken - 1 tsp.
- bay leaves - 1-2 pcs
- butter - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Remove skin from chicken thighs, take out the bone and cut into cubes.
2. Wash the zucchini, cut along the four sides, cut out the pulp (you won't need it) and cut into cubes.
3. Cut the onions into half rings, dice the carrots and garlic into rings.
4. First fry the meat until golden. Add the onion and garlic, cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add the carrots and zucchini, stir and braise under a lid for 10 minutes.
6. Then add all the spices and butter, cook under a lid for 30 minutes. Done!
