How to cook syrnyky with sulguni cheese: recipe for a very tasty dish
Everyone's favorite syrnyky can be made not only sweet but also savory, with herbs, hard cheese, and aromatic spices. This is a light breakfast and a snack option.
Food blogger Yana with the nickname ya.na.cooking shared a recipe for salty syrnyky with sulguni cheese and herbs on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 5% - 350 g
- sulguni cheese - 100 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- flour - 30 g
- parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Grind cottage cheese with a fork, add the egg and mix thoroughly.
2. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and add to the total mass. Mix everything again.
3. Chop greens and add to the curd mass. Add salt and flour. Mix well.
4. Form syrnyky from the resulting mass. Roll them in flour.
5. Fry syrnyky over medium heat under a lid. Enjoy!
