How to cook stewed juicy chicken for dinner in tender sauce

Chicken will be a very nutritious and easy lunch option. However, this meat is quite dry, so it needs to be cooked properly. It tastes better stewed.

Ingredients:
- chicken (joints, quarters)
- onion - 1 large
- garlic - 3 cloves
- chicken broth/water - 250 ml
- sour cream - 4 tbsp.
- flour - 1.5 tbsp.
- spices - nutmeg, coriander, pepper, salt
- fresh herbs
Cooking method:
1. Wash and dry chicken.
2. Fry on each side until golden.
3. Chop onion and garlic.
4. Add to the chicken.
5. Roast for about 10 minutes over low heat.

7. Pour over the chicken.
