How to cook spinach oatmeal pancake to make it beautiful and extremely tasty
Today we offer you a delicious, balanced and healthy breakfast in the form of a spinach oatmeal pancake.
The recipe was shared on Instagram by food blogger Lisa Glinska. She explained how to create a masterpiece breakfast from simple ingredients.
Ingredients for pancake:
- Oat bran – 20 gr
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Sour cream – 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Spinach
- Oil
Ingredients for the filling:
- Fish
- Cucumber
- Cream cheese
- Parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the oatmeal pancake and blend until smooth.
2. Heat a frying pan, add oil, pour the dough and cover. Leave it for 3-4 minutes. The surface should become matte, then the oatmeal pancake is ready.
3. Put the oatmeal pancake on a plate. Spread half of the oatmeal pancake with cream cheese, put the fish on top, and finely chopped cucumber and herbs.
4. Fold the oatmeal pancake in half and serve.
