How to cook spinach for a snack: simple dish in 15 minutes

Spinach is a very useful green that contains nutrients and vitamins. It can be added to salad, pancakes, rolls and cream soup. In addition, it is often stewed with other vegetables, mushrooms, cheese and even nuts. It comes out very tasty, dietary and budget-friendly.
Food blogger Oksana Kretsul (oksana_kretsul) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for stewed spinach with mushrooms and nuts.
Ingredients:
- dried or frozen spinach - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc
- mushrooms - 100 g
- olive oil - 2 tsp.
- walnuts (walnuts) - 20 g
- bread - 1 piece (30 g)
- goat soft cheese or feta cheese - 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to chop onions and mushrooms.
3. Fry the onion for 1 minute and add mushrooms. Fry until the onions are translucent.
3. Add spinach. Stew for 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, chop the nuts. Add to the mixture and stir. Remove from the heat.
