How to cook salmon deliciously in 15 minutes: the easiest way
Salmon is a great base for a variety of appetizers, salads, and rolls. A very budget-friendly and quick option is to bake red fish in soy sauce in the oven. The cooking process will take you only 15 minutes.
Food blogger Yevheniia Karpiuk shared a recipe for baked salmon in soy sauce on her Instagram page, which takes only 15 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- salmon fillet
- honey – 1 tbsp.
- Dijon mustard – 1 tsp.
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
- teriyaki/oyster sauce – 2 tbsp.
- sesame oil – 2 tbsp.
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into cubes 2*2 centimeters without cutting the skin.
2. For the marinade, mix the remaining ingredients except sesame seeds.
3. Lubricate the fish well with the resulting marinade. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Put the fish in the mold so that it seems to "open up" and the cubes are not tight to each other.
5. Bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
