How to cook pilaf in a baking sleeve: rice turns out crumbly

To make the pilaf juicy and crumbly, it is cooked in a deep cast-iron pot with thick walls. But a much simpler idea would be to make the dish in a baking sleeve. The meat and cereal will have a very delicate flavor.
The idea of cooking pilaf with drumsticks was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia Kistenova (_nisenitnitsia_). Although chicken meat is quite dietary, it will become very soft and tender after baking.
Ingredients:
- chicken drumsticks - 6-7 pcs.
- salt, spices to the drumsticks
- large carrot - 1 pc.
- large onion - 1 pc.
- rice - 1 cup
- water - 1.5 cups
- salt for rice - 1 tbsp
- spices for rice (pilaf seasoning and turmeric)
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt, pepper, and spices to the drumsticks.
2. Mix well.
3. Put the rice in the baking sleeve, add spices.
4. Add chopped vegetables and water.
5. Place the shins.
6. Tie the sleeve.
7. Put everything in the oven for an hour at 180 degrees.
